  • Moving your body every day for 365 days
  • Training in martial arts for a year
  • Documenting your progress with daily entries
  • Making and sticking to weekly plans for 52 weeks

4. How do I access the digital products I purchased?

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download your product(s). You can also access them instantly on the confirmation page after checkout. All of our products are delivered digitally, so there's no waiting for physical shipping.
